Your order is expected to arrive within 3–5 business days. Most orders are shipped via tracked air mail for faster and more reliable delivery.

Orders placed on Friday are shipped on the following Monday.

Order Tracking

Every order includes online tracking.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Contactless Delivery

We offer contactless delivery, meaning no signature is required upon delivery. This helps ensure minimal physical contact and supports safe, socially distanced delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

At Unity Wings, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

* You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

* Items must be unused and in their original condition, including all parts, packaging, manuals, and accessories.

* The product must be returned in its original retail packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us by phone or by email info@unity-wings.com
Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

For quality and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

* Assembled or partially assembled DIY kits

* Items damaged due to improper assembly or misuse

* Products returned without original packaging or with missing parts


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for:

* Clear photos or videos showing the issue

* Your order number

Depending on the situation, we will offer:

* A replacement part

* A replacement product

* A refund (full or partial)


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

* Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

* Refund processing typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

* Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Order Cancellations

* Orders can be canceled before they are shipped for a full refund.

* Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process instead.


DIY Kit Disclaimer

Some Unity Wings products are DIY mechanical model kits designed for hands-on assembly.
Minor variations, learning curves during assembly, or assembly mistakes are not considered defects.

We strongly recommend reviewing the product description and instructions carefully before purchase.
